Claiming transitievergoeding alongside WW benefit

Calculation of transitievergoeding
1/3 monthly salary per year of service, accruing from day 1. Maximum €97,000 (2025) or annual salary. Pro rata for shorter employment period.
Application procedure

Impact on WW
The compensation does not count as income for WW duration, but does for the reference period requirement. Upon termination by employer: no culpability.
