From WW to Social Assistance

Social assistance (Participation Act) follows if you no longer have WW and lack income. The municipality approves the application based on capital test (max. €7,575 single, 2024). Obligation: 32 hours/week availability and job searching.

IOAW as Bridging

For 50+ with long unemployment history: IoAW (Income Provision for Older Unemployed Act). Entitlement if you worked at least 10 years before WW end. UWV approves, municipality implements. Amount near minimum wage.
